I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. From the moment I checked in, I was met with unprofessional behavior and a complete lack of hospitality. Whenever I needed assistance, the staff seemed annoyed and unwilling to help. It felt like they didn’t care about the guests at all. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay

We loved this place, it is clean and simple just like in the picture. We stayed a long time and it was a very nice experience.

The worst hotel experience I’ve had in two months of traveling in Indonesia! From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. On our first day, the air conditioning wasn’t working, despite it being listed as one of the room’s amenities. We asked for it to be fixed, and they said they had called a technician who would arrive soon. Six hours later, still nothing. We went to ask again, and they told us the technician wouldn’t arrive until the next day. They offered to move us to another room, but it was a “deluxe” room, and they expected us to pay more! We explained that we weren’t asking for an upgrade—we just wanted what we had paid for: a room with functioning air conditioning. After hours of back and forth, they finally moved us, but they made us feel guilty about it even the next day. I’ve since read other reviews mentioning similar experiences, so it seems like this might be a scam to charge guests more. Incredibly rude staff, and overall, the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in my entire 訂房網站. Avoid this place at all costs!
